As per discusssion "Personal Introductions":
"Greetings to all,

My name is Carmelo Bono, I am currently teaching overseas in Guangzhou, China. I am a highschool English/Social Science Lead Teacher and look forward to developing depth to the Family Studies area of the curriculum in order to better diversify content and skill in classroom practice. I am very excited to be in an online classroom with everyone here, interested in getting to know anyone who is willing to chit-chat. If you are interested in other AQ's, ABQ's and or exchanging resources feel free to shout out!

I have been an online learner for the better part of my career really, and find that many people are often interested in resource pooling, exchanging experiences-very happy to make professional or social connections along this journey!

Along with professional development we might share in this course together, at your request, if interested in teaching overseas and would information on how to do that/where would be a good fit for ya, reach out as well!

All the best, "

As per discussion, "Course Questions and Resources"

"Greetings,

I am wondering if the shared learning has a time proposed? I am currently located about 12-13hrs away from Ontario. I might like to request some understanding or clarification on time as I would theoretically be sleeping or teaching when people are generally going to meeting.

I'm open to proposals and "trying to make it happen", but I want to state a concern before it is too late.

Thanks for your time, "

"Having been a student for a long-time, or "learner" I guess, may be the appropriate term, I have come across many websites and engines for research. OMNI is great, if there is one thing I could change about it, I might ask they develop an AI assistant, but I mean it is fairly uniform and consistent with that of what one finds while combing the internet.

Being someone who "checks the boxes" I wanted to post, but rather than posting about-nothing-I wanted to make this useful, I have attached a link to the lakehead proxy for JSTOR, in case there are people who are not familiar with the idea that we have access to JSTOR through univerisities in Canada, Lakehead being one of them, may its useful, maybe not-eh, sharing something.
