Please include the following 4 items in your Action Plan:
Write a short analysis of the thoughts, ideas and conclusions you have arrived at in your reflective practice journal entries and any other significant reflections you have had in your teaching practice. Identify your strong points and areas for improvement. (approximately 1 paragraph)
Formulate a minimum of 3 goals, based on your areas for improvement, to improve future teaching and learning practices. You can use the SMART goals formula or you can choose your own format. (approximately 1 sentence per goal)
Devise an action plan to meet your goals. Explain how you will achieve your goals. What specific actions will you need to take to achieve your goals? (approximately 1-3 sentences per goal)
Make connections to your IB programme. How do these goals allow you to better implement the IB programme in your classroom? (approximately 1 paragraph)
Your Action Plan can be written and presented in the format of your choice (paragraph, table, etc.).
**Complete the Action Plan by Monday, June 30th.

Objective: To transform reflection outcomes into goals and action-items for improving future teaching and learning practice.
Expectations
The student will:
-analyze reflective practice outcomes and identify current knowledge and skills as well as areas for improvement.
-formulate goals to improve future teaching and learning practices.
-devise an action plan to attain these goals.
-make connections to IB programme philosophies.
